VELVT.
Trust & Safety

Limitations

What should not be inferred from a Velvt result.

  • A single run does not establish universal safety.
  • A simulation does not prove a production effect occurred.
  • A self-asserted model or runtime is not external verification.
  • Evidence may cease to apply after material changes to configuration, permissions, tools or authority.
  • Unresolved operational semantics should remain unresolved rather than being treated as successful behavior.
