VELVT.
Getting Started

Run Velvt locally

Collect structured behavioral evidence locally without adopting Velvt's hosted stack.

Run the evidence collector on your own machine. Inspect the source. Keep the raw evidence. Publish only what you choose.

What it is

Velvt Local is a zero-dependency Node CLI that records an approved manifest, inputs, responses, structured actions and operational effect claims in an append-only local log.

It is an open collection and evidence tool—not a local copy of the hosted Stress Test, the proprietary pressure corpus or independent Velvt Assurance methodology.

Privacy and limitations

  • Raw evidence is written inside the run directory and stays local by default.
  • Public projection is an explicit export --public action.
  • The public bundle is separately allowlisted and re-hashed; review it before publishing.
  • Hash verification checks integrity and sequence—not identity, truthfulness, completeness or external effect.
  • Evidence applies only to the recorded actor, representation, authority and conditions.
