Evidence Model
Findings
Evidence-supported statements about behavior, consequence and required controls.
A finding is not merely a raw event and not merely a grader score.
It connects an observed behavior to its operational consequence, relevant control and, where appropriate, a retest condition.
Findings should preserve uncertainty. If the operational effect cannot be established, the finding should say so rather than convert ambiguity into a pass.
